Peregrine Compute is the AI compute infrastructure division of Peregrine Networks (ABN 62 688 561 211) of 166 Epping Road, Lane Cove West NSW 2066, Australia ("Peregrine", "we", "us"). We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What we collect
When you use the Compute Assessment or GPU Forecast forms on this website we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Name, business email address, phone number, company and job title or role
- Information about your organisation type, workloads, GPU requirements, utilisation, timeframes, deployment preferences and data residency requirements
- Any additional information you choose to include
- Your consent selections, the page from which you submitted the form, and technical data used for spam prevention such as submission timing and IP address
We may also collect standard web analytics and server log information when you browse the site.
3. Why we collect it
We collect personal information to respond to your enquiry, assess and discuss infrastructure requirements, plan future GPU capacity, provide quotes and proposals, administer our relationship with you and operate and secure this website. Where you have opted in, we may send you Peregrine Compute infrastructure updates.
4. Marketing consent
We only send marketing communications where you have ticked the optional "infrastructure updates" box or otherwise agreed. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@peregrinecompute.io or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Enquiry responses and service communications are not marketing.
5. Storage and security
Form submissions are stored in a database operated by or for Peregrine. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls and spam-prevention measures. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries, such as hosting, database, email delivery and anti-spam verification providers (for example, a bot-protection service that verifies form submissions). We do not sell personal information.
